The heavens and earth and everything in them God created in the very beginning He made the light the day and the night and He saw what a good thing He'd made God made the sky the clouds passing by the land and the seas and the plants and the trees He made the sun and the moon and the stars and He saw what a good thing He'd made God made the fish to swim in the seas and He made the birds that fly in the trees He made the animals roam on the land and He saw what a good thing He'd made Finally God blessed a special relation with a man and a woman to rule his creation He made them like Him in His own image and He saw what a good thing He'd made

God created man from dust breathed in him life and gave him worth, he blessed his hands to work the land and manage all the earth, God placed the man that he had made within a garden filled with trees and they were full of fruit for food and beautiful to see, there they walked and talked in the garden beautiful they laughed and skipped and fellowshiped and named the animals In the middle of the garden were two special trees with fruit one for life and one to know the evil and the good, God said you are free to eat from any tree that's good for food but do not eat the fruit to know the evil and the good, you will surely die when you disobey trust me to provide for you and show a better way God made from the side of Adam so he wouldn't be alone, Eve his wife and his companion from his flesh and bone, then the devil as a serpent came to Eve and told her lies, "God is keeping this fruit from you surely you won't die" so they ate the fruit though God's command was clear, their spirits died they couldn't hide and they were filled with fear When God came to find the couple they were hiding from his face and they were blaming one another for their sad disgrace, so God punished each of them for their part in the sinful crime, the serpent cursed even the earth has suffered since that time, he drove them from that land and from the tree of life he said "to dust you will return" to Adam and his wife Yet God didn't leave them hopeless for he had a rescue plan, a Son would come to crush the serpent and bring life again, though all of us inherit sin and choose to turn again from God this Son has come to lead us from the evil to the good, Jesus is the one redeeming sacrifice he overcame death and the grave to give us a new life

May the peoples praise you O God may all the peoples praise you May the nations be glad and rejoice, for you rule the peoples justly and guide the nations of earth. May God be gracious to us and bless us and make his face shine upon us so that your ways may be known on earth O God your salvation among all nations. May the peoples praise you O God may all the peoples praise you then the land will yield it's harvest and God our God will bless us God will bless us and all the ends of the earth will fear him.

How blessed is the man who is not walking in the council of the wicked nor is he standing in the path where sinners sin he does not enter in and take a seat among the scornful His delight is in the law of the Lord and day and night he meditates upon His word This man is like a tree planted by water streams which yields it's fruit upon the harvest season it's leaf is strong and green it is not withering in all that this man does he prospers His delight is in the law of the Lord and day and night he meditates upon His word The wicked are not so they are like chaff that blows away before the wind the wicked will not stand in the judgment day and sinners can not stay in the assembly of the righteous For the Lord watches over the righteous man's way but the way of the wicked will perish one day

Moses climbed the mountain all alone seeking to know God while God's glory shone he came down and written on the stones were ten commandments from the Lord You shall have no god in place of me I'm the Lord your God I have set you free I delivered you from slavery you shall have no god but me Don't bow down and worship a creation an idol made by man some one's imagination I am jealous for loving relation you shall worship none but me Don't you take the name of God in vain for God will punish those who misuse His name use your tongue for His honor and His fame let your words respect the Lord Keep the Sabbath holy to the Lord resting in His love trusting in His word six days have been given for your work the Sabbath is to seek the Lord Father mother honor and obey they were meant by God to reveal His ways long upon the earth will be your days honor God's design in them Don’t you murder or take a human life sinning against God in your anger and your strife every soul has the image of His light so settle matters every night You shall not commit adultery your body and your mind are meant for purity keep your promise to God and family and live your life in chastity You shall not take what is not your own stealing other’s things or robbing from their homes what you need must come from God alone trust Him to provide for you Don’t tell lies saying things untrue to make your neighbor pay for crimes he didn’t do God is honest you be honest too it’s always best to tell the truth You shall not covet your neighbors life, his house or what he owns his business or his wife greed becomes an idol in God’s sight love your neighbor as yourself

Once there was a man who had two sons who didn’t know, how their father cared for them how he loved them so, for he was a rich man and his riches filled their eyes, robbing them of fellowship and filling them with lies. Now the younger son came to his father all alone saying “give me my inheritance I’m going on my own, so his father gave him many riches from the land, knowing he may never see this selfish son again. This son went to a distant land where no one knew his name, he wasted all the wealth he had on wickedness and shame, and when the land grew hungry he worked among the swine, that’s when his father and his distant home came to his mind. He said “even servants in my father’s house have food to spare, I don’t deserve to be a son but I could serve him there, I’ve lived a selfish life and now I’m starving and alone, perhaps I will find shelter serving in my father’s home. Watching in the distance the father saw his son, his heart filled with compassion and his feet began to run, he threw his arms around him and he kissed him once again, the son said “against heaven and you father I have sinned!” “Hurry!” said the father to the servants standing near, “bring a robe and sandals and a ring for him to wear, go kill a calf to feast upon let’s make a joyful sound, my son was dead he’s now alive was lost but now he’s found!” Now when the eldest son who was working on the land, heard the music and the dance he did not understand, what the party was about and then he finally learned, his father was rejoicing for his brother had returned! The eldest son grew angry, he wouldn’t enter in, how could his father do this and reward his brother’s sin? He didn’t know his father’s heart was merciful instead, and when his father came to him, this is what he said. “All these years I’ve slaved for you, obeyed your least command, yet you never gave a party for me and my friends, now when this wicked son has come you make a joyful feast. Doesn’t he deserve to be punished in the least?” “My son” the father said “everything I have is yours, it’s not about the party but the fellowship restored, shouldn’t I show mercy and make a joyful sound? My son was dead he’s now alive, was lost but now he’s found!” O my father’s house O my father’s house, what keeps you from his house today? In my father’s house in my father’s house, don’t let your self get in the way, don’t let your pride get in the way.
